Brickyard Barn's Country New Potato Colcannon
While there are a number of ways to make colcannon, it isn’t very colorful or tasty. We developed the one that follows because we wanted more flavor, more color, and primarily so that people would eat it. Enjoy!
Kerry Apple Cake
This cake does not keep very well, but that is not usually a problem, as you can be sure it will disappear very quickly! It is best eaten warm with cream, Greek-style yogurt, or just a slice of cheese. Enjoy!
