of Mind-Body Health

The Life Sciences Institute of Mind-Body Health was founded in 1994 by a group of like-minded health professionals of various professions who had worked together for many years in the Center for Applied Psychophysiology of The Menninger Clinic in Topeka, Kansas. Over the years, under the direction of Elmer and Alyce Green, the group pioneered a number of applications of biofeedback and self-regulation as detailed in the book Beyond Biofeedback now in its second edition.         Current interests include, in addition to those described above, new applications of Energy Medicine to health and well-being. We continue to enjoy the possibilities entailed in empowering others in the interests of their own health.
