Intall/Uninstall:
There really is no install.  Just put the program and spelldata.dat 
where ever you want.  It will create an INI file in the same directory
as the program.  It does not touch the Windows registry, so to uninstall
just delete the executeable and the INI file.

0.4.0 (May 17, 2000)
* Added the Who tab.  This show all the people from the /who command.  This
  part can be sorted by clicking on the column heading.

0.3.0 (March 24, 2000)
* Big addition this release is the work on spells damage.  I've added a new
  file called spelldata.dat.  This has spell names and descriptions.  This 
  allows spells to be added without a program change.  See the file for
  instructions.  Currently I don't have all the spells, but they will be added
  as I get the info.
* Added Guild Says and Group Says to there own tabs.  Each tab now has a save
  button to save just the text of the tab you are on.  For instance you may
  want to keep a running history of auctions.  Under the file menu there is
  a Preferences option.  Currently, the only preference is the quick save for
  the various "says".  This just make is easier to keep a single history file
  for the different "says".
* I want to thank Graffë M'yrddin for help with the spell data and fresh ideas.

* I've begun separating the spell damage into the type of spell.  Currently
  the only spell I have is Strike.  I need more data from log files.

* Fixed a bug that caused it to not recognize misses with piercing weaspons.
* Forgot to added the current skill level to the summary sheet
* It should tell the difference between archery/throwing and spells in the
  non-melee damage.  This may still need some work since I don't have many
  logs from casters to test with.
